The Ormsby is 136 bed , Contemporary Residential Aged Care home located in Buderim

Purpose of the role

To work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care for residents.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the day-to-day activities of care teams including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers, Diversional Therapists and Allied Health staff




Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
Develop appropriate care plans in consultation with the resident, their family/carer and other members of the care team
