As aYouth Worker, you'll be right at the heart of our Permanency Support Program, supporting young people aged*****who have experienced trauma and neglect.
This is ahigh-impact role working with complex cases -it can be demanding, but it's also incredibly rewarding for people who thrive on challenge, purpose, and making a real difference.
You'll work in our homes across the Central Coast, providing safe, stable, trauma-informed care and helping young people build resilience, confidence, and brighter futures.
Role Details:
Permanent part time position– 30 hours per week
Multiple house locations across the Central Coast
24/7 rotating roster -including morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts
Weekend and public holiday work as part of the roster

What You'll Need:
Diploma of Community Services (or currently studying) or willingness to enroll
Experience in youth work (desirable)
Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on young people
Working With Children Check & Criminal History Check
Valid NSW Driver's Licence
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
