About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our club's daily operations - leading from the front and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and professionally across:
Gaming, bar, and customer service areas
Compliance with liquor, gaming, RSA, RCG, and RGO regulations
Team leadership - coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff
Shift coordination - briefings, incident response, and reporting
Venue presentation - ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Stakeholder engagement - liaising with regulators, contractors, and NSW Police

What You Bring
3+ years' experience as a Duty Manager in a licensed club
RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG (NSW)
NSW Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
First Aid certification
Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
Solid knowledge of gaming, TAB, Keno, and bar operations
Emotional intelligence and professionalism




Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation
Experience with Swiftpos, S****, Employment Hero
NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
