JLL is seeking an Operations Manager for its Property & Asset Management team in Australia. The role is part time (3 days per week) and in office at Sale, VIC.

You will be the in office heartbeat, coordinating risk, budgets, maintenance programs, contractor relationships, and compliance to ensure peak asset performance. You will balance stakeholder needs, lead audits and safety programs, oversee procurement, and prepare monthly reports.
