You will deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to residents, lead the personal care team, and ensure protected, person-centred care within a not-for-profit aged care setting.
Your role reports to the Care Manager and requires AHPRA registration, strong knowledge of aged care standards, and excellent communication and coaching skills.
