We are seeking aCustomer Service Officer (Casual)to be the first point of contact for our patrons.
In this role, you will provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience at our Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patrons at the front desk
Handling telephone and in-person enquiries
Processing forms, payments, and point-of-sale transactions
Providing administrative support to the Swim School
Using initiative to resolve day-to-day customer issues
