Doctors&Co; in Bankstown NSW seeks a Practice Success Manager (Dental) to lead the Practice Managers across the dental network, own clinic performance and grow patient flow. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not clinical.

You will travel across NSW, VIC and QLD, translate the Group dental strategy into annual plans, standardise systems and pricing, and drive recent clinics to break-even with robust support from in-house teams.
