Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is seeking a passionate and team-oriented Grade One or Grade Two Social Worker to join our friendly allied health team. The successful applicant will deliver patient-centred care within a busy hospital Social Work service and will be supported through regular clinical supervision.

Grade One Social Workers in their first two years of practice will be included in our Allied Health graduate transition program.
