Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Site & Operations Manager for its Sale Community Mental Health team on a full time ongoing basis. You will lead operational delivery, workforce planning and governance to ensure high-quality, recovery‑oriented care across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasises collaboration with Clinical Leads, budget and KPI oversight, and robust community partnerships to improve consumer outcomes in Gippsland.
