Elite Personnel Ltd in Tamworth is recruiting Collections Executives (Full Time & Part Time) for a respected financial services organisation.
You will speak with customers in arrears to recover balances and agree payment solutions, using empathy and explicit communication.
You will handle outbound calls on an auto-dialler, take secure payments by phone, issue invoices and statements, and support customers to regain control of their accounts.
