NSW State Emergency Service is seeking a Change Manager (Grade 9/10) for a 12‐month, 35‐hour work week.
Based in Wollongong with hybrid options, you'll lead change across priority emergency management initiatives, including the Adapt **** strategy, flood data platforms, and Aboriginal engagement programs.
You will drive change strategy, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities to build capability and ensure sustainable outcomes.
