Order Management Coordinator - Window Furnishings
Kyneton, VIC - Full time Permanent Role - Onsite Office Based Role
Generous Salary + super based on skills and experience
Part-Time 3-4 days per week with expected growth to Full-Time
The Company
Country Wide Concepts is a small, friendly window furnishings business supplying curtains,
drapes, blinds and awnings to homes and commercial sites, with a mix of imported and locally
made products.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Order Management Coordinator to keep every customer order on track,
from signed contract to installed and signed off.
It's hands-on order management: checking
orders for accuracy, purchasing and chasing suppliers and workrooms, scheduling installations,
keeping customers in the loop and helping sort out any warranty issues along the way.
No window furnishings experience?
No problem.

up new systems quickly, we want to hear from you.
Training is provided, including time on site
so, you see how it all comes together.
Your Impact
Keep orders moving and track each job from signed contract through to installation and
Check the details: review orders, measurements and specifications for accuracy before they
go to suppliers and workrooms.
Purchasing and follow-up: place and track purchase requirements, and chase suppliers and
workrooms so dates are met.
Installation scheduling: book installers, confirm site details and make sure everyone knows
what's needed and when.




Customer updates: keep customers informed in plain, friendly language, with no surprises.
Payments: check deposit and payment status and coordinate with accounts.
Warranty and fixes: log issues, work with the team to resolve them and see each one
through to closure.
Learn the ropes: spend time on site as part of your training to understand the process first-
hand.
What You'll Bring

Clear, friendly communication with customers, suppliers and installers
Great attention to detail, so you spot the small things that matter
Confidence learning new systems and keeping accurate records
Persistence to follow things up until they're done
Highly regarded:
experience in interior design, construction, building products or made-to-
order manufacturing.
