NIHR BioResource is seeking a post holder to manage a small sub team responsible for fulfilling data requests, providing genomic data and defining cohorts based on genomic profiles.
The role supports expanding the data resources, with ongoing migration to cloud and integration into a bioinformatics platform, including a Secure Desktop Environment.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in programming, bioinformatics tools, and database management, with team-oriented and detail-oriented skills
