u&u; Recruitment Partners is partnering with a nationally recognised skilled services organisation to appoint an Organisational Effectiveness and Learning Partner. This newly created permanent part time role (0.6–0.8 FTE) is based in Melbourne CBD with hybrid working.

You will lead the induction program, manage learning and performance workflows in Culture Amp, oversee Cornerstone delivery, and drive the annual promotions program beginning in 2027.
