Adairs is seeking an Assistant Manager to work closely with the Store Manager to elevate the customer experience and drive overall store performance. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team and ensure every guest feels valued.

You’ll coach, develop and train colleagues, help with workforce planning and rostering within budget, and analyse reports to identify prospects to improve the customer journey. A passion for WOW and teamwork is essential.
