Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Building Supervisor / Site Manager for a key Forster project delivering 175 homes. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and materials, and ensure WHS compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years supervising in volume residential construction, robust communication and organisation, and a focus on safety and quality. A long-term project with a cooperative team atmosphere awaits.
