TVH is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our Darwin operation, taking ownership of local customer engagement across a portfolio of key accounts. This field-based role involves spending time at client sites, attending contract meetings, and ensuring service delivery aligns with commitments.

You’ll work closely with Operations and Services teams to resolve issues, mobilise current contracts and identify growth prospects through solid customer relationships.
