Levyl is partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a HRBP for a 12 month period, in a remote capacity. You will lead workforce transformation, guide leaders through consultation and union engagement, and provide expert People & Culture support across NSW while collaborating with senior leaders.

The role focuses on organisational change, industrial relations and employee support within a unionised workplace, with travel as required and predominantly work from home.
