Plumbing Force is seeking a dedicated Coordinator/Service Administrator to join our Eastern Suburbs Melbourne office on afull-time basis.
This is a pivotal role that supports the smooth operation of our plumbing services business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service from first contact through to job completion.
You will be the backbone of our administrative operations, coordinating service schedules, managing customer communications, and maintaining our operational systems.

Key responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating service appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of technicians and customer satisfaction
Managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels
Processing customer enquiries, quotations, and service requests accurately and promptly
Maintaining and updating service schedules, customer records, and job documentation
Liaising between customers, technicians, and management to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery
Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative, coordination or customer service role, preferably within the trades or service industry




Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service excellence with a commitment to delivering outstanding support
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Professional telephone manner and solid interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
Reliability and punctuality
Experience with Myob and SM8 highly regarded but not essential.
