You will lead a team of support staff, oversee day-to-day operations, promote safe, inclusive care and empower residents to live independently.
Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, monitoring performance, coordinating services, managing records, ensuring safety compliance and staff appraisals.
A Certificate IV in Disability is desirable.
