Randstad Melbourne is seeking an Adviser - Culture and Inclusion on a fixed-term basis. This hybrid role (2 days in office, 3 days from home) offers VPS3 or VPS4 contracts with hourly pay rates of AUD 51–72.

You will translate government commitments into practical workplace improvements, drive DEI strategies, and interpret employee insights to foster a respectful culture across the organisation.
