The role leads change, communication and training across a large, multi-site workforce in Melbourne, with emphasis on ADKAR-based methods and ERP/rostering projects.

The position is full-time, 2-year fixed-term in Melbourne’s CBD and inner metro areas, with Accrued Day Off and salary packaging options. Competitive perks and adaptable work options are offered.
