Bellarine Bayside is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day maintenance, presentation and operational readiness of its six holiday parks, ensuring facilities are secure, welcoming and well maintained.
You'll lead four permanent staff, supported by casuals and contractors, and report to the Commercial and Holiday Parks Manager.
The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, with after-hours on-call and occasional weekend/public holiday duties during peak
