Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:00pm with every second Monday off
60% management and 40% hands-on maintenance

Key Responsibilities
Lead,



coordinate and mentor a team of 3 to 8 people.
Allocate resources, organise maintenance, lead by example and support production
Perform fault finding, troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, including basic PLC-related faults
Manage spare parts stock levels and ordering replacements
Coordinate with external technicians and contractors
About You
Trade qualification: Cert III in Mechanical / Electrical or better
Previous experience in a supervisory or Leading Hand role
Solid fault-finding and organisational skills
Experience with injection moulding machines or plastics manufacturing
Advantage:
Lean and/or six sigma experience
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic or PLC systems
Skills in welding and fabrication
