We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our passionate collaborative team on a part-time or casual basis, 2 days per week.
Days and hours are flexible and can be discussed with the right person.
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key responsibilities
Greeting patients and creating a calm, friendly welcoming environment
Managing phones, emails and appointment bookings
Billing, Medicare and private health claims
Updating patient records and handling general admin
Supporting our practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly
About you
Previous experience as a medical receptionist (essential)
A quick learner who picks up new systems and processes quickly
Able to multitask and stay calm and organised in a busy environment




Exceptional customer service skills, with a warm and caring manner
Professional, reliable and a genuine team player
