Vocal Coach
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Vocal Coach to join our team atMusic Valley in ****, working across awide range of developing musician, from emerging vocalists building strong foundations, through to advanced artists preparing for live performance and industry pathways.
This role sits at the intersection ofeducation, performance, and artist development.
You'll play a key role in shaping vocalists at different stages of their journey, helping them build technical skill, confidence, and real-world performance capability.
You will work closely with our Band Director and creative team todevelop vocal arrangements, build ensemble performance, and prepare artists for live shows and recording environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Coaching vocalists acrossbeginner to advanced levels
Developingstrong technical foundations and vocal control
Directingensemble vocals, harmonies, and live performance preparation
Supporting advanced artists inindustry-facing performance contexts
Collaborating onarrangements, setlists, and show preparation
Contributing to apositive, structured, high-growth learning environment

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Vocal Coach who brings bothtechnical skill and adaptability across levels:
2+ years' experience in vocal coaching and performance
Strong ability to teach bothfundamentals and advanced vocal technique
Experience inensemble direction, harmonies, and vocal arrangement
Background incontemporary music (jazz experience highly regarded)
Ability to work confidently withmixed-level groups and individuals
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
A skilled, grounded, and encouraging coaching approach
Ability to maintainstructure, standards, and engagement across all levels
Role Details
Contract position (4-10 hours per week)
Commence with 1 or 2 weekday shifts per week (3:30pm - 9:00pm)
Additional paid weekend performance opportunities
