Unique Building Services (UBS) is seeking a friendly, detail‐oriented receptionist to be the front line for customers and insurers. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and support administration and claims processes.

No prior experience required; full training will be provided. You will work with a team-oriented team in a quick‐paced setting, using NetSuite and insurer portals to record information and help improve the customer experience.
