Austal is seeking a Fabrication Coordinator to lead production planning on vessel builds. You will ensure Supervisors and Contractors understand transparent plans, coordinate with trades, and drive on-time, in-full delivery to quality standards in a safe setting.

You'll apply robust leadership to coach teams, manage schedules, monitor progress, and escalate risks. Proficiency in MS Office, Pronto, Primavera, and AutoCAD/Navisworks is desirable, with a focus on continuous improvement and OHS
