BHP's 2028 Technology Graduate Program offers a 24-month pathway across automation, OT, cloud engineering, data and digital product development. Graduates rotate through four 6-month assignments at various sites and gain hands-on experience while aiming for a specialist role at program end.

You'll join a growth-focused culture with onboarding, mentor support and leadership that prioritises development and wellbeing. International applicants with valid visas are welcome.
