Employment Hero is seeking a founding Product Owner to join the Hero Foundation Squad in ANZ. You will lead the execution of the strategic roadmap to drive platform customization for candidate acquisition, onboarding and employer engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize conversion funnels, map dependencies across Legal, Security and Authentication, and deliver explicit UX designs with Engineers and Designers.
