Queensland Government is seeking an experienced Officer in Charge (OIC) for the QAS to lead a small to medium ambulance station. The role reports to the District Director and oversees staff, resources, and compliance with QAS standards within the station's location.

The OIC will provide clinical and operational leadership, monitor performance against KPIs, and manage safety, training, and stakeholder relationships across district operations.
