You'll be joining our café team, helping deliver fresh, delicious food to locals and visitors exploring Cape Tribulation. Turtle Rock Café is located in the heart of the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest, about two hours north of Cairns, and is part of the Ocean Safari family—a multi-award-winning, family-owned tourism business.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting café-style meals
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Working together to deliver a outstanding customer experience
About you
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work efficiently in a busy café setting
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Availability for a minimum 6-month commitment
Your own vehicle — essential due to our remote location
