Saffire Freycinet, part of Federal Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead remarkable dining experiences on Tasmania's east coast. You will manage service across Palate Restaurant, the Lounge, and in-suite experiences, delivering warm, personalised hospitality in a luxury setting.

This role offers leadership development within a globally awarded luxury lodge, with prospects to mentor a high-performing team and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B; Manager.
