What you’ll earn
Base pay: $30.50 per hour, so you’re not relying on commission alone
Uncapped commission: Earn more as you make more sales
On‑target earnings: ~$1,500+ per week, based on 38 hours and achieving sales targets
Build skills you can take anywhere: develop your sales, customer service and communication skills
Get out and meet people: connect with pet parents at shopping centres, expos and community events across Sydney
Rapid‑growing start‑up: get first‑hand experience of how a growing business operates
Part‑time and full‑time options available

What you’ll do
Be the face of Lyka at retail sites and events, engaging customers directly and confidently
Deliver a compelling pitch on Lyka's product and sign customers up on the spot
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Represent Lyka's brand and values in every customer interaction
Set up and pack down your site/stand each shift

Requirements
Outgoing and confident striking up conversations with recent people
Motivated to earn, learn and achieve sales targets
Resilient and able to thrive in a rapid‑paced environment
Able to travel to retail sites and events across greater Sydney
No sales experience required – just the right attitude
