About the role
This role supports a Partner and Special Counsel where you will enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment helping them to manage Trusts & Estate matters. You will also provide support to the wider team across probate, estate planning, estate administration and estate disputes.

Duties
Some of your responsibilities will include:-
Draft and prepare
legal documents, correspondence and court documents
Manage
calendars and emails
Arrange
meetings and appointments
Assist
with billing
Manage
files (opening, closing and archiving files; filing)
Liaise
with clients and other stakeholders
Coordinate
the safe custody of documents}
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have




solid experience as a Legal Assistant
providing top support to a busy team. Experience in Trusts and Estates will be highly regarded.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
Solid MS Office and legal software skills
A client-focussed approach
Strong time management and organisation skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
High attention to detail
