Far West Local Health District in Current South Wales is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team across Broken Hill and related sites. This permanent, full time position offers an annual salary in the range of AUD 158,236.73 to AUD 169,429.03, with comprehensive advantages and opportunities to improve end-of-life care within the Far West region.

You will collaborate with Broken Hill Health Service and allied teams to provide expert symptom management, patient-centered care
