You'll manage a residential portfolio with confidence, working autonomously while being supported by a collaborative team. The role is suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key responsibilities
Managing day-to-day portfolio operations
Leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
Routine inspections, entry condition and vacate reports
Coordinating maintenance with landlords, tenants, and trades
Managing correspondence and general administration
About you
Minimum 1 year's property management experience
Current QLD driver's licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Confidence managing a portfolio independently
Supportive team culture in a well-established agency
Bonus structure for recent business
Early finish on Friday
