Talent Corp is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support SAP or Salesforce within a federal government organisation.
You will investigate and resolve incidents, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and assist with testing and software releases.
You'll work on Level 2 incidents, determine cause, coordinate with vendors, and support testing cycles, UAT and reporting.
Solid Excel skills and ITIL knowledge are valued for success in this hybrid role.
