Senior HR Advisor | FIFO 8:6 | Immediate Start

An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a site-based team on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth. This is an initial three-month contract, providing senior HR support to site leaders and employees during a period of expansion.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, conflict resolution, investigations and disciplinary processes
Coach and advise managers and supervisors on practical people matters
Provide generalist HR support across the employee life cycle
Partner with site leadership to resolve workforce issues and apply HR policies consistently
Support employee engagement, HR reporting and general site HR operations
Escalate complex or sensitive matters to P&C; leadership where appropriate

To be successful in your application:
Strong HR experience within a blue-collar,



operational or industrial workplace
Previous FIFO/site-based experience preferred, although not essential
Demonstrated capability managing complex employee relations and case management
Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards (NES) is essential
Confident working independently and partnering with operational leaders
Must reside in Western Australia and be available for an immediate start
