Salter Brothers Hospitality – Pokolbin NSW is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team in the Hunter Valley. This hands-on role focuses on guest experiences, team development and operational excellence across two boutique luxury hotels.

You will report to the Regional General Manager, coach Heads of Department, manage labour and budgets, and drive revenue optimisation while maintaining safety and quality standards across Rooms Division and F&B.;
