About the Role

The successful candidate will join a growing Business Advisory team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to both compliance and advisory work.





Key responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns
Providing taxation and business advisory support to clients
Managing and developing strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities to add value beyond traditional compliance
Reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants
Working closely with senior accountants and advisory specialists
Supporting the continued growth of the Business Advisory team

About You

The successful candidate will have:
3+ years' experience in Australian public practice accounting
CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
Experience working with SMEs and privately owned businesses
Confidence managing client relationships and providing practical advice
Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach and genuine interest in business advisory
A desire to develop professionally and progress into management
