Townsville Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse in Cardiac Patient Education to provide clinical expertise, education and support to patients with cardiology and cardiothoracic conditions, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate the inpatient journey and pre-admission clinics, applying evidence-based guidelines. Mandatory AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification are highly desirable.
