Our client is seeking a skilled and client-focused Service Consultant to join their team on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Osborne Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service in a busy, rapid-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries
Managing calls and emails promptly and professionally
Providing clear guidance and support to clients on next steps
Coordinating service requests and follow-ups efficiently
Recording all client interactions accurately in internal systems
Escalating complex issues or complaints to senior staff when needed
Keeping clients updated on progress and outcomes
Processing invoices and administrative tasks accurately
Supporting the team with general office and organisational duties

What you’ll need:
Must have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage client enquiries, concerns,



and complaints effectively
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes quickly
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Resilient and professional when dealing with challenging situations
