House Of Fras, a Contemporary Australian Restaurant in Sassafras, Mt Dandenong, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will work with an experienced Head Chef and a small, dedicated kitchen crew, cooking with live fire or learning as required.

The role offers a salary of $75,000 per year plus Super, approximately 40 hours per week, one night off with late starts for balance, and two set days off.
