TeamKids in Randwick is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead a team in delivering secure, engaging OSHC programs. The role is permanent, full time with admin from home, and requires you to supervise children, plan activities, and liaise with the school and community.

You will work across split shifts and admin hours, with a diploma or ECT qualification and a commitment to child safety training. Final salary is aligned to internal bands and career development prospects.
