We're Hiring: Technical Lead - AWS | Node.js | React

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead cloud-native application development, technical delivery, and production support within a complex enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, development, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Guide onsite and offshore teams across frontend, backend, AWS, and DevOps.
Drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure deployment, and release management.
Oversee L3/L4 production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and operational reliability.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
Robust hands-on AWS experience with a relevant AWS certification.
Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Solid production troubleshooting, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with AWS serverless architectures and event-driven systems is highly desirable.
