Working with specialist clinics, allied health providers, medical centres and healthcare organisations, we regularly recruit professionals who can step into short and long-term assignments and provide high-quality administrative support.

About the Prospects

Assignments may vary in length and can include full-time or part-time hours, with opportunities becoming available throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing front desk reception and patient enquiries
Coordinating appointments and clinician schedules
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate records
Managing referrals, correspondence and medical documentation
Processing payments and invoicing where required
Liaising with patients, doctors and healthcare professionals
Providing general administrative support to medical teams

What You'll Need
Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist,



Medical Administrator or Healthcare Administration position
Solid customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in busy healthcare environments
Experience with medical practice software such as Best Practice, Genie or MedicalDirector is advantageous
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
Qualified and confidential approach to patient information
