About the role
This role supports a Partner and Special Counsel where you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment helping them to manage Trusts & Estate matters.
You will also provide support to the wider team across probate, estate planning, estate administration and estate disputes.

Duties
Some of your responsibilities will include:-
Draft and preparelegal documents, correspondence and court documents
Managecalendars and emails
Arrangemeetings and appointments
Assistwith billing
Managefiles (opening, closing and archiving files; filing)
Liaisewith clients and other stakeholders
Coordinatethe safe custody of documents}
Skills and experience




The successful candidate will havesolid experience as a Legal Assistantproviding top support to a busy team.
Experience in Trusts and Estates will be highly regarded.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
Solid MS Office and legal software skills
A client-focussed approach
Strong time management and organisation skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
High attention to detail
