As Care Manager, you will lead nursing and care teams to deliver secure, compassionate and individualized resident support, building a high-performing unit focused on quality outcomes.
You will drive clinical governance, processes, and audits while collaborating with the Service Manager on priorities, resources and improvement initiatives.
