Hunter Recent England Local Health District's Armidale Hospital is seeking a Generalist Social Worker (Level 1/2) for a temporary part-time role.
You will conduct psychosocial assessments, support discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
